Color Theory: Week 3 Yellow, Day 1

We start off the third week of color theory looking at the color yellow.  For those who might just be starting to flow this topic, this is not a study in color theory in a traditional sense, rather a look at how a dominate color in a photo can effect it, and how it can effect the person looking at the photo.  Today we see yellow, and this particular instance, the hue of gold, which I consider part of the yellow family, as a sign of power.  This is the gold guilded dome of he Massachusetts State House on Beacon Hill at sunset.  It’s a fitting roof, seeing that Mass was the start of modern democracy in this country.
